I bought this Village FP587095 wallpaper secondhand. It is still in its original wrapper, and in excellent condition.
The border is flat across the bottom, and cut out around the design on the top. It varies between 4 inches and 6-3/4 inches high.
This border is self-adhesive, like a big huge sticker.
