One 50 gram ball of Ice novelty eyelash yarn in silver, pink, and lilac. fiber content is 20% paper (which, excuse me, looks like a fabric softener sheet but fortunately doesn't smell like it), 30% polyester microfiber, and 50% nylon. Ice calls this "Techno Paper Yarn." Don't freak out! This yarn is hand washable, and it's very soft and pretty.
I bought this yarn secondhand. It has not been used. I weighed it, and it's all there.
It seems that a lot (and I mean a LOT) of yarn sellers drop ship Ice yarn. If you're not in the business, that means the seller has an arrangement with a warehouse or wholesaler so that when you order the yarn, the seller send a message to the wholesaler to ship the yarn to you. I only mention it because this is NOT the business model I use. There are too many possibilities for things to go wrong, and it always seems to take a long time for you to get your yarn this way. That makes me very uncomfortable. My business model works like this: I buy stuff like yarn and patterns and so on, I photograph and list them, I store them in numbered bins in my home, and I ship them out myself. This way, I have better control of my inventory than drop shippers do, and you get your order faster.
