Although the pattern envelope shows these play clothes worn by a girl, certainly a boy could wear them as well. He might want a regular t-shirt and different colors for a more Big Man On Campus look. Don't show him the envelope though or he'll freak out.
I bought this pattern secondhand. The envelope is damaged as shown, and the pattern is uncut, factory folded, and includes directions.
