I bought this pattern secondhand. The envelope is damaged as shown, and the pattern is uncut, factory folded, and includes directions.
I have shown a third scan for this pattern because the envelope and pattern are slightly wrinkled, as if they had gotten damp at some point.
I have an annoyingly strong sense of smell, so I put the pattern and envelope in a plastic bag and then sniffed deeply to see if there was any sort of mildew smell, and there is not. I also partially unfolded the pattern to check for spots of yuckies. There was no sign of anything like that. I even managed to get the pattern folded up properly for you. So that's why I have priced this so low. Really, the pattern is just fine. If it were mildewy, I would just throw it away. :)
