Simplicity pattern 9412 from 1989 blouse with variations in sizes 6-8-10. This is an awesome "shoulder pads" blouse - it was so stylish in the 1980s and 1990s, and it is still a great vintage look, and especially flattering for large-busted ladies.
Envelope is worn, etc. as shown but pattern is intact, uncut, and includes directions.
