McCall's suit pattern 6855 from 1993 by Lida Baday in size 10 - lined bolero and lined dress in two lengths. Cropped bolero has front and back princess seams, kimono sleeves with under sleeve inset and shoulder pads; fitted dress has front and back princess darts and back zipper; longer length dress has slit on left side with underlay.
Suggested fabrics: Rayon and rayon blends, rayon faille, lightweight linen, challis, crepe de chine, cotton and cotton blends. Skirt: also georgette.
Lida Baday is a Canadian designer known for her sophisticated looks. This particular dress is very wearable for a special occasion.
I bought this pattern secondhand. The envelope is damaged as shown, and the pattern is uncut, factory folded, and includes directions.
