Here is an uncut pattern (with instructions) for a fitted, lined, boned dress in either evening or floor length from 2006 by Butterick. The pattern is for misses' or misses' petite size 6,8,10, or 12. Suggested fabrics include satin back crepe, faille, dupioni and lightweight satin.
