Simplicity pattern 7259 from 1972 - Long skirt and wide leg pants have back zipper and waistband. The top with V-neckline has back zipper, matching tie belt, and long sleeve options: bias-bound gathered sleeves or butterfly flowing sleeves.
Suggested fabrics are as follows. Sateen, challis, batiste, surah, printed silk, shantung, crepe, crepe-back satin, jersey, soft lightweight double-knit.
Sleeves also in chiffon, lace, organza, georgette, sheer fabrics.
I bought this pattern secondhand. The envelope is damaged as shown, and the pattern is uncut, factory folded, and includes directions.
