Here is a cute little woodworking kit for crafters by Country Creations called the Teacher's Trinket Tree Kit.
I picked it up secondhand, but it is unused. This kit is for the decorations only - not the tree in the photo. If you want to buy the tree kit too, I'm sorry that I don't have that available. But the part number is OT-1600.
The kit does not come with paint or glue either. The instructions include a list of paints the designer recommends, and you can see it in the last photo. But if you're the crafty type, you may have enough little tubes and bottles at home to make this work without buying any new paint or glue.
