Here is an unopened package of Sunworthy wallpaper border with Winnie the Pooh getting stuck in his honey (oops, I mean hunny) jar. The pattern is DSB629. This strip of wall border is 10-1/4 inches x 5 yards (15 feet).
I bought this paper secondhand, but it is unused and still wrapped. The paper is pre-pasted, but (as with all of these older wallpaper borders) you may want to have a backup plan because the glue may need reinforcements. Lots of newer wallpaper borders are more like giant stickers, but this is the old fashioned glue where you need to soak it first, etc. etc. If you are using this for decoupage, I'm sure you couldn't possibly care less. :)
