On the back, it says this is not a pajama pattern. I think that's because they recommend fleece and satin and other fabrics that are not fire-safe for young children. But I challenge you to make those ruffly pants and think these aren't pajamas!
I bought this pattern secondhand. The envelope is damaged as shown, and the pattern is uncut, factory folded, and includes directions.
