Don't worry, this isn't one of those crop tops that shows your tummy. There is a part that covers your tummy very well, and a cropped layer that hides the nursing access points, at least until your baby pulls it up and squeals loudly to show off his/her favorite things to everyone passing by.

This pattern is from my personal collection. I made a couple of nursing tops from another pattern (which I am also selling) and then I learned that I had one of those bold babies. No nursing top, no nursing capelet, no blanket or shield would protect the public from the display of my breasts. I decided that I would just refuse to be embarrassed, and so in the interest of not wasting any more time on attempted modesty, this pattern remained uncut.
The refusing to be embarrassed part? Well, it mostly worked, and when it didn't, the exercise prepared me for many other experiences of motherhood. {:-O
