sewing pattern to make:
Lined lace and ribbon trimmed dress with full gored skirt gathered to bodice at waistline has back zipper and self flounce at hemline.
V 1 an 2 with band and tie ends has high stand-up collar and V-inset fastened in back with loops and buttons.
V 1,2 and 3 have long sleeves gathered to loop and button fastened cuffs.
V 3 and sleeveless V 4 have self flounce at elasticized neckline and optional matching drawstring bag.
I bought this pattern secondhand. The envelope is damaged as shown, and the pattern is uncut and includes directions.
