sewing pattern to make:
Girls Set of Blouses: All views have stand-up collar and set-in sleeves gathered to armholes. Self ruffle V. 1 and eyelet trimmed V. 2 have left side buttoned closing. V. 2 has long sleeves with elastic casings. V. 1 & 3 have long sleeves buttoned at lower edge. V. 3, 4 & 5 have buttoned front band. Eyelet and ribbon trimmed V. 3 has ribbon drawstring through waistline casing. V. 3 & 4 have tucked yoke. Lace trimmed V. 4 & 5 have sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. V. 4 has long sleeves. Self ruffled V. 5 has elbow length sleeves.
I bought this pattern secondhand. The envelope is damaged as shown, and the pattern is uncut, factory folded, and includes directions.
