Sewing Pattern to make:
Dress with front button closing has elasticized waistline, yoke, cap sleeves and inverted front and back pleats. V. 1 and 2 with notched collar have top-stitched patch pockets. V. 1 has cuffs. V. 3 with shawl collar has side seam pockets.
I bought this pattern secondhand. The envelope is damaged as shown, and the pattern is uncut, factory folded, and includes directions.
