The dress or top softly gathered to front insert has front slit opening at high round neckline, collar and set-in sleeves gathered to armholes. Garments can be worn with or without self fabric tie belt. V1 dress with pockets concealed in side seams has short sleeves with turn back cuffs. V2 top with contrasting inset and collar has long sleeves gathered to contrasting sleeve bands. V2 pants have elastic waistline casing.
I bought this pattern secondhand. The envelope is damaged as shown, and the pattern is uncut, factory folded, and includes directions.
